Open or exclusive contract?

Our Company uses both types of brokerage contracts. An open contract gives the customer a considerable freedom of action while substantially limiting the Broker who cannot invest as much to promote the real estate as it is possible with an exclusive contract.

The broker who has signed an exclusive sale contract can be certain that he/she will be compensated for his/her services. Thanks to the fact, he/she can invest his/her financial resources to promote real estate among potential buyers.

Exclusive offers are considered by the Brokers as priority offers.

Still, regardless of the contract type, the customer can be certain that the Broker's services will always remain equally diligent and professional.
