General market situation in Poznań in the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2025

In 2025, the real estate market in Poznań is characterized by relative stability, although certain changes are visible in both the rental and lease sectors of apartments. The city remains an attractive place for investors and tenants thanks to its dynamic economic and educational development, which drives continuous demand for rental housing. Compared to previous years, the market is adapting to new challenges, such as demographic changes and the growing expectations of tenants regarding the standard of apartments and their location.
